We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions. The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all our services made available online and may be amended from time to time by us. We respect your privacy so all the information provided given to us shall be treated with high confidentiality and will not be used for other purposes. We therefore encourage you to read it carefully before buying or dealing our available products.
Please read the booking conditions as set out by Adventure Master Treks & Expedition.
The booking conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the client and the company. By booking with Adventure Master Treks & Expedition, you acknowledge that you have understood and agree to be legally bound by our booking terms & conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you and a contract becomes binding on the date shown on your confirmation letter or email. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence.
Note- All the trip prices quoted in this site is in the form of US dollars.

30% advance payment is required to book a trip package.
Prices are based on cost and exchange rates applicable when the brochures and website were updated. Adventure Master Treks & Expedition reserves the right to adjust prices whether or not you have made full payment. Our company shall carry out everything within its power to minimize the change prices and will only adjust or amend prices in the unfortunate event of increased exchange rates, fuel cost and other operating cost on which prices are based.
Remember that a written notification of your cancellation must be sent to us immediately when you decide to cancel a trip package booked by or on your behalf you. The cancellation notice must be clearly given and should be valid with approval of the company. If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to departure, the original deposit will be forfeited. But if you decide to cancel the tour/trip in less than a day then you have to be aware that there will be no refund provided to you by the company.
And if by vice versa Adventure Master Treks & Expedition chooses to cancel your booked trip for any reason(s) which may occur then we will offer you another arrangements, and if the price of your substitute booking is of lesser rate than the original booking, we shall refund the difference to you. And if the offered trip doesn’t comply with you then we have the right to terminate the trip to make a full refund of the amount that you paid. Nonetheless, we cannot be held legally responsible for any damages and claims during that period.
Note: Cancellation charge: 25% of the payment
You acknowledge that travelling with Adventure Master Treks & Expedition; the itinerary is a subject to change at the discretion of the tour leader, for safety reasons. Modification to your itinerary may occur because of weather, accessibility of tickets, deprived road conditions, calamities, vehicle breakdown, or any other state of affairs beyond our control. The tour leader may suggest alternative itinerary or and activities for those given in the program for the group to choose.
Our clients are required to carry a valid passport with a validity of 6 months beyond the duration of the trip and also you are needed to have a valid visa for your booked trip when travelling with Adventure Master Treks & Expedition. It shall be your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate visas for your holiday. We cannot be held responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you do not have the correct visa and passport documents.
Travel insurance is not included in the tour/trip price. While every effort is made to ensure the safety for all, we strongly recommend our clients to acquire and obtain an all-inclusive travel insurance package covering helicopter evacuation, incidents, natural calamities, trip cancellation, personal accidents etc. prior to the commencement of your tour. You must also carry a proof of insurance and bring it into being if reasonably requested by our employees or suppliers.
The clients have to notify in writing about their present physical conditions at the time of booking with the realistic and truthful information of any medical conditions which may influence your fitness while travelling. If you suffer from harsh medical disorders, or have high blood pressure you are then counseled in opposition to coming on our trips that shall reach high elevations. All travelers over the age of sixty will be required to obtain a medical certificate of fitness. Prior failure to notify to the company at the time of booking about these conditions shall influence the company in charging 100% cancellation fees to the particular client.
If you have any complaints regarding your trips or any services provided by our company, then you are obliged to make it known to the group leader of your particular trip as soon as possible. After that proper action shall be taken beforehand will adequate support to you. If you feel your complaint has not been appropriately treated with, then you must let us know in writing within 30 days before the end of your scheduled trip or trek.
Adventure Master Treks & Expedition reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour that may be used for promotional purposes. Participants who would prefer their image not be used must identify themselves to the tour leader at the commencement of a trip on day one of their stay.
