Our 22 days Manaslu Trek with Tsum Valley trek shall commence with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Arughat. Upon reaching Arughat we shall now continue ahead through lush and green landscape to the settlement of Soti Khola and Machha Khola. Continuing ahead through the bamboo forest, Gurung settlements of Dhobhan and Philim, and narrow Budhi Gandaki gorge, we enter the hidden gem of Tsum Valley. Traverse ahead through the Lokpa (2,240m) village, and continue heading towards Chumling before reaching Chhekampar. Here onward we shall pass through several traditional settlements from Gumba Lungdang, Lokpa, Ghap and on the 13th day we shall reach the Lho village situated at the altitude of 3,180m with interestingly built houses. Now we shall head onward to Samagaun village which is the closest to Manaslu Base Camp, later on we pass through Samdo village and Dharmashala to reach Bhimthang. But before reaching Bhimthang we shall walk above the formidable Larkya La Pass (5160m). This pass shall be one of the major highlights of our trek as we will be able to capture the breathtaking views of the majestic mountains like Manaslu, Himal Chuli, and Himlung. Now as we reach the end of our trek we shall move ahead through the grass lands of Bhimtang village to reach Dharapani via passing the Gho village. From Dharapani we shall head towards Besi sahar and then onward take a drive back to Kathmandu to end our trek.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu (1,345m)

Acknowledge the welcome from our representative after you arrive at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu after finishing the arrival procedures. You shall then be escorted to the lodging for your stay. Later you may go out for a stroll around the local areas near your hotel in the evening. Stay overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu – Arughat (550m) - Soti Khola (720m) 8-9 hrs drive
