Our Langtang Gosaikunda Trek route goes through traditional, ethnic Tamang heritage villages and untouched forests juniper, pine. This trek offers an opportunity to explore villages, to climb small peaks and to visit glaciers and scared lakes at a comfortably low elevation. Following the Trishuli River north out of Kathmandu, we travel through Trishuli Bazaar and Dhunche to Syaprubesi, a Sherpa village located at the very edge of the Langtang National Park. Being moderate to strenuous trekking, we shall trek and lodge in between 2000m and 4,380m with one pass crossing of 4,610m. As you move back and forth along the east into the Langtang valley, passing through the river many times as you move up along a gorge-like lower portion of the valley you come across through oak and rhododendron forests and also you move along glacial moraine on the way to the Tamang village of Langtang. From Kyanjin Gompa we will have a chance to climb a ridge on Tserko Ri Peak (5033m), or hike to the foot of Langshisa glacier, for an incredible view of glaciers, icefalls and snow fields surrounded on all sides by high mountains. Springtime is excellent for flowers here, and in autumn the berberis bushes turn a deep rust color. We travel through Syapru and Sing Gompa to a high plateau, where the sacred lake Gosaikunda is located. In the way you will come across through Lauribinayak Pass. From here you will have spectacular view of Langtang Region. At Gosaikunda we will able to see more then 5 lakes which is lies over 4200meters.The main attraction are rhododendron and bamboo forests with an abundance of wildlife, majestic waterfalls flowing over mammoth boulders, a chance to bathe in soothing hot springs, magnificent views of the snow covered white giant Langtang Lirung and at last visiting the holy lakes of Gosaikunda.
