After arriving at Lukla we shall start trekking towards Phakding. Passing along the naturally beautiful forest background we shall cross several suspension bridges multiple times through Dudh Koshi River, we shall as a final point reach at Namche Bazaar. Additionally, in next couple of days, we shall move onwards to Chhukung via Tengboche & Dingboche. This can be a great Eco-destination in this area as it is famous for its exotic Himalayan wildlife of Snow Leopard, colorful Pheasants, mountain Goats, Red Panda and musk Deer. The climb to Island Peak starts from the base camp, followed by the high camp and then the summit. In general anyone who summits the Island peak gets rewarded with one of the best panoramic vistas in the world as you get to witness the grand Himalaya views of Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Makalu & so on. This thrilling yet enjoyable and audacious trekking offers climbers & trekkers with the opportunity to observe exceptional panoramic up close views of the Everest Himalayan ranges. Descending with a sagacity of accomplishment & triumph, we shall take on a route going through numerous cultural sites, such as Pangboche, a conventional Sherpa village with sumptuously festooned Tibetan monasteries towards to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa Capital and cultural center of Khumbu. From here onwards we shall descend down to Lukla for our flight back to Kathmandu and officially end our climbing trek to Island Peak.
Our 14 days Island Peak Climbing doesn’t need climbers to have previous climbing knowledge however you must be in good physical shape with basic climbing skills.
